1. What the service is
Kitchen Copilot AI is an AI-powered marketing manager and business assistant for cloud kitchens and restaurants, delivered entirely through WhatsApp. Depending on what you ask it, it can:
- Give advice on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising strategy
- Generate advertising creative and copy
- Help you calculate ingredient and dish costs
- Help you record and track business expenses
- Answer other questions about running your food business
We also provide custom app and software development services, which are quoted and contracted separately from Kitchen Copilot AI.
What the service is not
Kitchen Copilot AI is a business tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial or regulatory advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional, and it does not file anything or transact on your behalf.
2. Athena Content‑Ops
Athena Content‑Ops is a service where you send us a raw episode file and receive back a generated content package (clip suggestions, captions, titles, and related materials). You are responsible for having the rights to any audio/video you send us, including consent from any guests featured in the episode. All final publishing decisions and creative edits remain yours — we do not publish or post content on your behalf. File transfer is currently handled outside this website (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer, or email); a formal upload flow may be added later.
3. CarryPorter
CarryPorter is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting travellers with spare luggage capacity to senders who need items carried or purchased and brought back. All users must complete identity verification before sending or carrying items.
CarryPorter is a platform that facilitates connections between travellers and senders — we are not a courier, shipping, or logistics company, and we do not take custody of, inspect, or guarantee any item carried. Users are solely responsible for ensuring items carried comply with all applicable customs, airline, and legal restrictions, and for the accuracy of any listing or request they create.
Prices for carrying items, and for Buy & Bring procurement fees, are set and negotiated directly between travellers and senders. CarryPorter's role is limited to facilitating the connection, KYC verification, wallet/payment processing via Razorpay, and dispute resolution support if a transaction goes wrong.
Users found violating trust and safety expectations — including fraud, carrying prohibited items, or repeated disputes — may have their account suspended or removed.
4. AI-generated content — please read this one
Everything Kitchen Copilot AI produces is a draft for you to review. Like all AI systems, it can be confidently wrong. It can miscalculate a cost, misjudge an audience, or write copy that does not suit your brand. You are responsible for checking its output before you act on it — especially before you spend money on advertising, set a menu price, or publish anything.
You remain solely responsible for all business decisions you make, and for anything you publish or spend, whether or not it was based on something the service produced.
Where the service generates advertising creative or copy, you are responsible for making sure that what you publish complies with the advertising policies of the platform you run it on, and with applicable law — including rules on food advertising, health claims and pricing.
5. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the service. You are responsible for the WhatsApp account you use to access it, and for anyone you allow to use that account.
You agree that the information you give us about your business is accurate. The quality of the advice depends on it.
6. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Kitchen Copilot AI is offered on a subscription basis at ₹999 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@buildmyapp.co.in.
- On cancellation, your subscription continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial with full access to the marketing manager and business assistant features. Image generation is capped at 5 free creatives per month, including during the trial.
Refunds
There are no refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect.
Payment method
Payments are processed through Razorpay, and can be made by UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. Razorpay handles your payment details directly — see their Privacy Policy.
If a payment fails or is not made, we may suspend the service until the outstanding amount is paid.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights
- Generate content that is misleading, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that makes false claims about food, health or pricing
- Impersonate another business or person
- Attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models or systems, or to resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement
- Send automated, bulk or abusive volumes of messages, or otherwise interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it
- Upload anything containing malware, or anyone else's personal data that you do not have the right to share
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or if your use puts the service, our providers or other users at risk.
8. Third-party platforms
The service is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Your use of WhatsApp is between you and Meta. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's availability, and we cannot restore messages that WhatsApp loses or deletes.
Advice relating to Meta advertising does not mean we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta.
9. Your content and ours
What you send stays yours. You keep ownership of the business information, text and images you send to the service. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service to you — nothing more. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What it generates is yours to use. Subject to your subscription being paid up, you may use the advertising creative, copy and other output commercially in your own business.
Note that AI systems can produce similar output for different users, and we cannot guarantee that generated material is unique or that it can be registered as a trademark. Check anything you intend to rely on commercially.
The service itself — the software, prompts, branding and underlying systems — remains our property.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and responsive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It depends on WhatsApp, on our cloud providers, and on the AI models behind it, any of which can have outages. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses arising from business decisions you made using output from the service — including money spent on advertising.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and the “last updated” date at the top will change. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you through WhatsApp or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
